This is the TOPPS pyramid, this project is provided by Thurrock Opportunities, which is a project focused on the reinforcement of Tilbury Residents’ skills for the workplace, to give them a fast track to employment. The support ranges from what’s in the pyramid, to courses such as ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) IT enrichment courses and many more!
